ZT999 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Users

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the User") and ZT999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account on ZT999, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any section of the platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Casino, Esports, or the ZT999 mobile app — you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Please read these Terms carefully before you begin using ZT999. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of ZT999 following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read alongside the ZT999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ZT999.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a ZT999 account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

ZT999 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point. If a user cannot confirm their eligibility when asked, ZT999 may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Your Account

Each user is permitted to hold one ZT999 account only. Creating a second account — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in both accounts being closed.

When registering, you are required to provide a valid Pakistani mobile number and a secure password. Your mobile number will be used for account verification and for important communications related to your account activity, deposits, and withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. ZT999 staff will never ask you for your password through any channel. Any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested while your account is logged in are considered authorised by you.

• Use a strong password that combines letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not use the same password you use for JazzCash, Easypaisa, or your bank account.
• Log out of ZT999 when using a shared or public device.
• Contact ZT999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

ZT999 reserves the right to suspend an account at any time if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms, pending further investigation.

4 Deposits

ZT999 accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, and credit cards. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your ZT999 account instantly. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take slightly longer depending on standard bank processing times, though ZT999 processes them promptly on its end once the funds are confirmed received.

• Minimum deposit amount: PKR 500
• There is no deposit fee charged by ZT999. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits are non-reversible once confirmed and credited to your account.
• ZT999 does not accept deposits made in foreign currency. All transactions must be in PKR.

If a deposit is made but does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact ZT999 support via live chat and provide the transaction reference from your payment app. Do not attempt a second deposit before confirming with support that the first one has not been received.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your ZT999 account are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in most cases. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawals are processed in PKR only.

To request a withdrawal, navigate to the withdrawal section of your account, enter the amount, select your preferred payment method, and submit the request. ZT999 processes withdrawal requests promptly; the time for funds to reach your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account will depend on the processing time of the respective payment provider.

• Withdrawal requests can only be submitted from a verified account.
• Any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ZT999 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. These rules are available within the betting section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all sports markets on ZT999:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movement.

7 Casino & Live Casino

The ZT999 Casino and Live Casino sections are available to all registered, verified users aged 18 and above. 12 Account Closure

You may close your ZT999 account at any time by contacting support. Before closing, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, provided there are no pending investigations or active bonus obligations attached to the balance.

ZT999 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if the account is found to be in breach of these Terms, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if the account has been inactive for an extended period with no balance remaining.

If your account is closed by ZT999 due to a Terms breach, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not connected to a fraud investigation will be returned to you after the investigation is concluded.

14 Changes to These Terms

ZT999 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, ZT999 will notify registered users through the platform or via the mobile number registered on the account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of ZT999 after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a material change to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the updated Terms take effect.
